We love our all-staff, in-person retreats! Yes, to get work done, but to play a lot, too. Because HOW we work together is just as important as WHAT we do together.
Part of our time together is fun and connection for fun and connection’s sake – we’ve gone to museums together, seen shows, been sledding, and sat for hours enjoying each other’s company, all on work time! Fun, positive experiences together make our team work and make it possible for us to support you in all the ways we do.
Alia doesn’t just deliver survey results or write up recommendations and leave you to figure out how to make it work. We do the day-to-day transformation work with child welfare teams across the country making big changes.
We do many different things to guide change efforts including community collaboration, coaching sessions, learning labs, training intensives, messaging work, codesign sprints, bias awareness, leadership, trauma competency, cultural responsiveness, supervision for healing and belonging, wellbeing audits, data inquiry, structure and policy...from A to Z. You might call it transformation wraparound services for your team.
While we can do so many things with and for you, we feel that part of the magic we bring is in who we are together at Alia. High regard and respect, plus fondness and care for each other makes the work enjoyable, even the hard parts.
