Alia is a national nonprofit working in Rock County with a vision of building new ways of work in child and family services so that all children are thriving within their families and communities. Director of Community Engagement or Associate Director of Community Engagement:

Are you someone who lives in or near Rock County, Wisconsin and someone who understands the real challenges families face in the community, AND someone who believes change is possible? Someone who deeply believes those closest to the problem are also closest to the solution and must be part of any systems change? Someone who is skilled at bringing diverse groups of people together around a common purpose and can work independently? You may be our next Director of Community Engagement or Associate Director of Community Engagement!

For this role, you'll need the flexibility to lead projects and be a strong team member. This job may look different every day and vary from buying ice for an event, to speaking with a County Board Member. If that excites you, this may be the job for you!

Alia is committed to an inclusive and diverse culture which we believe makes us stronger together. This position may be hired at either the Associate Director or Director level, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Associate Director level: $60,000–$70,000

• Director level: $70,000–$80,000
